Happy New Years!!

I hope you had a wonderful time during holiday season!

I have been away from the past three weeks as I celebrated the holidays back in the States with my family and friends. I been home since Monday but had to recover from jet lag.

But…………

I am ready to come back to my blog! Starting tomorrow, expect more wonderful content, starting with the Battle of the Songs! (I will also post the results of the last battle tomorrow as well, even though it was Christmas song battle. Sorry for the delay!)

Before I end this post, I want to share five blogging goals I want to accomplish this year:

1. Feature more content from readers like YOU!
2. Move over to a self-hosting domain (My heart is set on BlueHost right now and hoping to do so very soon)　
3. Work on my Podcast a little more so I can have at least an episode once a week
4. More amazing content like interviews from artists and reviews of various releases
5. Coverage of events
6. Working on how I can make this blog into something I can earn money from
7. Get Photoshop

Happy New Years, dear readers! I hoped you celebrated it well and have a great year!

I want to thank everyone who visited this blog and read any of the posts over the past year. In one year, this blog had 3,000 views and 1,600 visitors! That is impressive for the first year back from a long hiatus! And it’s all thanks to you, the readers. (^^)v

I’m going to continue to post more in 2016! I will write the “annual top 5/what did I think about music in 2015” post next weekend and try to catch up on my reports of the live events I been to last year.

However, I have a few questions for you all:

• What is something you want to see on this blog?
• And, is there anything you want done differently or want me to focus on more?
• What did you think of the blog in 2015? Why?

On a [Small] Hiatus

Hey guys, it’s November! That means I am going to take a (small) break from blogging and work on my story for NaNoWriMo. Don’t worry, I will be back soon! I might even write a post here and there, But, all my writing focus will be on my story.

Hello Again!

First thing I want to say is that I am sorry. When I started this blog in 2008, I wanted to post at least once a week. Well, it didn’t really happen. Real life did. I just got wrapped up into things like work, school, moving, traveling, and just working too hard. I just became really busy and eventually forgot to really write. However, because of one of friends’ post inspired me to get into writing again. This caused to have a New Year’s Resolution of writing in this blog AT LEAST one a week.

However, I will not post download links here unless it’s necessary (meaning if I can’t find it on internet, I will upload it).  Because of the strict copyright laws here in Japan, I am going to link the song featured to a video in Youtube, Nico Nico Douga, and etc.  I will also try to feature artists around the world, not just from Japan.
